I bought a washer and dryer from them because they cheaper than the competition. They delivered both and installed them. They were very professional and offered to take the old washer and dryer off. I highly recommend using their services.

The pedestal is a very important addition to my new dryer. It increased the heights of the appliances, so it™™s an easy reach to take clothes out of the dryer and fold without having to bend over. It also serves a great purpose of storing and any other equipment items that you like to use while dry! My previous one I had for 20 years and serve the same purpose so I really wanted to get an additional pedestal with my new dryer

Last time I purchased, the pedestals had drawer dividers! What happened? I called and they said they are no longer offered. The cost savings by not providing them is so minimal - please bring them back!

I don't like that these are plastic. Trying to move the heavy washer onto it caused some scratches. I guess next time I should pay for the installation to avoid this but I also think that the product could be a better more quality material.

Great quality and craftsmanship, love our Electrolux appliances went from our previous pair of Frigidaire affinity that we had for 14 years to our new electrolux front loaders. After researching for months to learn Frigidaire was own by Electrolux it was a no brainer. The quality of the product by far exceeds the competition

This is our second set of Electrolux units - prior had a Red Pair with the pedestals. Got over 10 years of abuse. Wanted a new pair and went Electrolux again - this time a beautiful Grey Pair. Once you get a pedestal you can't go back, storage for soaps and dryer sheets, rags, etc. The other I keep paper towels and toilet paper.

The pedestal seems a little flimsy but overall OK. My biggest gripe is that Electrolux no longer provides dividrers with purchase or as an after-market item. I do have a workaround. I had purchased bamboo dividers for kitchen drawer that work OK to divide the pedestal. You just place them adjacent to the slots in the drawer. We are on our second set. The first set lasted over 16 years and was still working great. Needed minor repairs but easy to work on and functioned great. Bought the same front loader set to upgrade to the new technology and have been please. It appears that they do ™make them they used to™ as the saying goes. You can see the quality has only improved. They still build with quality parts that show the premium nature of the brand and product.

Excellent pedestal nice and sturdy. Just a caution - even though when your order and select deliver with installation they will not install it if you already have the washer and dryer installed. I had to install the pedestals myself which took 2.5 hours and additional money to hire a guy from taskrabbit to help me. We scratched the front of the dryer getting it on so be careful when mounting it. Disappointing to say the least, but the product itself is superior. Now I just have to find titanium paint pens to fix the damage. Disappointed in Electrolux™™ service but again satisfied with the pedestals themselves.

I love the light in it. I never new what I was missing. I love the light so much I bought the dryer that matches the washer. Well that's not the only reason. I love all the different wash settings and temperature settings. I never knew how much I would love the pause button so I can add something after I started the load. The reason for 4 stars is because even balanced it shakes. I have a pedestal but still it should not shake so much when spinning. Other than that I'm extremely impressed with how clean my clothes are and the pure rinse is amazing

My first washer/dryer set from Electrolux was amazing. A little over a year ago, my washer finally went bad. It had lasted over 8 years, and though I wished it had made it longer, I also couldn't complain too much knowing how many clothes I was weekly. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a new washer at that time, so I bought a different brand that was about half the cost of a new Electrolux. Less than a year later, my "new" washer went bad and would no longer work, the issue was a non-warranty issue (surprised?). Needless to say, I didn't end up saving money by downgrading to a different brand. I ordered a new washer from Electrolux and confidently know I am getting a great appliance again. Even the team that came and installed it (non Electrolux employees) told me that the brand I had was known to be bad as was many others, but that I was getting a great product with what I purchased!

I ordered a pedestal. I changed my mind after looking at reviews. I called and canceled the order on 1/9/25. The delivery company sent me an email after this. I chatted with a representative and again asked for my order to be cancelled and my credit card refunded. I called again on 1/21/25/ and asked why my card had not been credited and they said the shipping company has not returned the item(they arranged shipping) and they would not refund my card. This is a terrible company and I will never do business with them again. They used to be a good company.

Ordered pedestal. Cancelled order after reading reviews. Shipping company emailed me they were contacting me about delivery. Contact Electrolux again. Told it was cancelled and they would credit my card. Ten days later contacted them again. Refused to credit my refund. Shipping company called wanting to schedule a pick up. I told them I never received and she said it was in there warehouse. Terrible customer service!

A great place to store cleaning products, laundry products, and microfiber cloths. I love the height it places the unit at, perfect for transferring laundry and seeing everything. Definitely worth it if you have the vertical space!

Smooth operation. Great surface material easily cleans. However, each pedestal has slots indicating space dividers would have been included but none came with the delivery. Should there have been? And if yes, how do I obtain these dividers? I used same in my older W/D set and much prefer to have them with my new set.

Our new front load washer and dryer were installed on pedestals in the titanium color. The installer was a little baffled in that the washer and dryer had to be installed with the brackets in different places, but once he figured it out, all good. He did not do a good job leveling the washer, so I did it myself in about 10 minutes, no problem. Looks very nice!
