It's a great oven. I love the power and the look. Couple things i would recommend for future upgrades, a digital oven temperature reading and automactic shut off of the fan when the overn is turned off. Besides these two small complaints, it's a great oven.

The stove sticks out so much in the front from the countertop and the back has metal fingers so it cannot be flush to the back wall either- the LED clock light is so bright that it lights up my whole room in blue at night and bothers anyone who is light sensitive. I called to trouble shoot and customer service said there is no feature to lower the blue light brightness so I have to put electrical tape. Not good customer service and not a good stove, bad cooking experience.

Range looks amazing and performance is outstanding. The 5 burners cover a huge range of heat and the oven performs to a high standard. That said, we choose this unit purposefully for the lack of electronic gizmos. Be aware, there is no oven ON indicator light and there is no oven heat temperature display. Simply numbers on the oven knob. Like having a commercial range at home. Very happy to have chosen this model and looking forward to many years of use.

This gas freestanding range looks amazing. High end, well built - it gets tons of compliments. The stove top and oven are tricky to light - I wish it was more simple. It's takes 30+ seconds to get the oven to light sometimes

Esthetically pleasing, but mechanically difficult to use, you must push and hold gas button in for a long time to ignite burners, don't always ignite on 1st or 2nd attempt, let alone 3rd, same goes for lighting oven, must stand there and look through holes with door open to be sure lit, made mistake of not doing this and walked away and never heated up, fan is beyond loud, it is being serviced soon for this issue as fan rattles, vibrates ect, this appliance is less than 6 months old

This stove is beautiful in my kitchen. It cooks well but lacks many features that most stoves have. First, it is not digital temp and the knobs are low and hard to see what temp you are setting. Sometimes the oven is a little finicky to start. Did I mention it is pretty?

This range was a replacement for my previous Bosch range. I was drawn to the professional looking style. A little tricky getting the range top to ignite, just took some practice. I really like the ease of keeping the range top clean One feature I'm not happy with is the temperature setting for the oven. Instead of digitally setting the temperature to the exact temperature needed, it is done manually. My cakes & cookies will attest to the fact that the temperature "dial" on this range is difficult to set to the precise temperature needed for baking.

Absolutely love my new oven works amazing easy to clean heavy duty grates secure knobs. I always had a problem with my old oven, chipping or bubbling on the knobs however, this one again awesome I especially like that it's freestanding I can sweep underneath of it, which is a great feeling of not having to move the oven to clean under it. The color is awesome. It looks industrial like something that would be in a restaurant.

The range looks great - similar to a luxury brand's model, but with the 5th dual power burner that can be used to simmer or sear. Range temperature is not consistent because you cannot set it- it still uses a dial- a thermometer usually differs about 225 degrees becasue it's not precise. I wish there were two other parts that were done better- the legs are plastic, and the oven racks are not telesclopic and jerk when you pull them from the oven. At the pricepoint, the racks and plastic legs could be improved.

Have this gas freestanding range in my new house and all other appliances by Bosch as well for just year and a half. Use the oven first time last week and try to use the oven the second time to perfect the dish before holiday. Unfortunately it blows cold air only, it is not heating at all. Very disappointing

Love the quality of the grates, and the look of this range. Not sure how sturdy the legs are, the delivery technicians bent and back leg installing. I brought it to their attention to no avail. I don't know if the legs are adjustable because the installers left it short, sitting under the counter top. They said "if they unscrew the legs they'll be wobbly." They weren't going to install the back plate across the vent, in Spanish told one tech something (he started to walk outside with it) when I said put that in place. The lead tech said that I don't need it. I replied, it looks unfinished. They need better technicians. My husband made wood blocks for the legs.

This is a beautiful-looking range. It is simple to use and cooks very well. The convection feature in combination with the gas oven is 10 out of 10. I cannot award 5 stars though because the cooling fan is so loud and continues to run for so long after the oven is turned off. You can even hear it while dining in another room.

Little more than a campfire. No readout on temperature just a dial on and off. Have no idea what temp is. Fan is extremely loud and in my face. No love for this at all! Less than builder grade, for the money I could get a top of the line something else- which I probably will do.

Over all this is a wonderful + great looking stove. The only issue I have is the oven Temperature does not have a readout of what the temp is when it beeps. You will need to purchase an interior free standing temperature guage. I bake a lot and I find it is always a too high. You need to fiddle with the knob to find your heat setting. I could not locate any info on that in the directions. I needed the appliance company to come out.

This oven cooks and bakes perfectly. It takes a little time to learn a few elements, but the operation manual explains. I love it does not have all the complicated elements of other ovens. It just simply operates efficiently and accurately. I love how easy it is to clean.

This range looks great but I am not happy with how it works. The actual oven temperature is 50 degrees higher than what I set it to be. I was told by installer that there is no calibration or way to adjust this, so when I want the oven temp at 350 I have to turn the dial to 300. I feel like when you pay $3000 for an oven you should turn the knob to the temperature needed and it should maintain at that temperature. I am also finding that I cannot turn the burners down low enough so I have to keep adding water or risk burning everything. I've been cooking with gas for over 30 years and I am not happy with this gas range.

This is a very attractive stove. Dials and parts are solid and heavy. Knobs are made of metal and have a solid industrial feel. The steel is heavy and not thin or chintzy. The legs give the stove a modern industrial design look. However, my one issue with the appearance of the stove is the large 4 inch gap towards the back of the stove that needs to be covered, in reality this means the "stand alone" feature is not accurate. The pipes and connections are visible from the side unless the stove is inserted into a cabinet or cavity.
The top burners perform well. The two smaller burners emit good heat and the larger two burners are good for braising and sautéing . The larger dualburner in the center is a good choice for stir frying and high heat cooking.
I've found the oven works well and for the home cook temperature is even and my cakes and casseroles have come out well. Have not tried making pizza or bread as yet, so I will update the details when I do.
Overall a nice stove with good features.

Enjoy our professional looking gas range. Burners are of exceptional quality. Oven with minimal computer controls allows for reliabilty (longevity). Obtaing 'exact' temperature for oven is a set-back for the minimal computer controls but acceptable if gas range reliability lasts a long time.

We had this range for about a month and a half and it already has issues with the oven not working. I read similar issues on YouTube. Bosch isn't what it used to be. We replaced our old Gas Range which was a Fridgidare product that lasted more than 20years. We thought we would upgrade to a Bosch thinking it would be a better prodcut and really like the industrial clean design but this is not what I expected. Frustrating.

Our 800 Series HD18056U/06 (different range, but not available) was delivered in June of 2023, by July 2024 the range was not working. THe problem: when opening the oven while in use, an error code would come up.
For four months, parts were mailed to us and installed under warranty. Upon the last repair visit, the repairman contacted Bosch Tech Support and they determined the unit was unrepairable. To process the replacement, the repairman mentioned they mailed the appropriate documentation to Bosch Customer Service. However Bosch Cusomter service has no record of it. This back and forth took another two months of calls, emails, etc. We have moved onto another repair vendor 2. Repair vendor 2 first email was sent 5 days ago but Bosch Customer Support hasn't received it yet. How do I get a phone number of a manager that can receive emails from vendors and process this warranty? We have been without an oven for almost 7 months. I couldn't post this review on the product that I purchased as it is not available for purchase or review.

This oven is the best. One of the few that still features a black porcelain cooktop for easy cleaning. Burners are very powerful. Oven temperature dial is not very accurate but a little tweaking does the trick. A stand alone oven thermometer is a must. Passed on this oven at first since the floor underneath the stove cutout was not completely tiled. Salesman told us about the toe kick option and we were sold!

Couldn't be happier with this wonderful new range. It works flawlessly and has definitely updated our kitchen with it's classic look and great easy to use functions. Looks on par with other range options that were priced significantly higher. Also, love the porcelain finish of the cooktop rather than typical stainless steel. Clean up is much easier and no worries about noticable scratches. Would highly recommend.

I love this stove but the cooling fan went after 2 months , the service team fixed this but i was not thrilled this happened so soon. I hope that this doesn't continue to be a problem with this stove? I previously reviewed this stove as a 5. I loved the simplicity of the design and the oven and stove top is really great.

Love the design and quality materials. The only issue I found was the vent grill in the back. It's near impossible to clean the food and grease that splashes into it without removing it. It can only be removed via pulling out the range to access the screws underneath.

The range is very sharp and the gas burners function great. Lighting them can be a little tricky to get but they are very powerful and the center burner with dual flames is a game changer when canning. A few features we are slightly disappointed about is the single broiler tube. For a range this price there could be two more so an entire pan could be broiled across. I have to adjust the position of the pan every 1-2 minutes. Not convenient. Also, the dial for the oven does not allow for an exact temperature to be selected due to the way the numbers are listed. Again, for this price range why can't there be a better dial for exact temperature selection. Another slightly annoying feature is the fan that runs while using the oven and during the cool down period. I didn't read about that when researching which range to select. Overall, the look is sharp, sleek and sturdy. It cooks well, heats up fast, but the loud fan(which I've never heard on other high end or low end appliances), the single broiler burner, and oven control knob could stand to be improved.

If you are looking for a solid gas range with none of the fancy complicated technology requiring app downloads and weeks of learning that soon will be forgotten and re-learning required, this is the stove of choice. It has just on and off buttons, a light switch, and a fan switch. Perfect gas range for me, and it works great. Couldn't be happier with this choice, and I can cook anything I want without having to use my smartphone. I was very happy to see that this range with just the simplest functions was avaialable in a name brand. Great idea by Bosch to still stick to the basics and offer a solid simple gas range.
