The electtronics failed on our 12 y/o Bosch double wall oven. Our long term dealer, Brown Appliance, recommended we replace it with the HBL5651UC. We immediately found it unacceptable for multiple reasons. The cooling fan is uncomfortably load and heard in multiple rooms and the air blows directly into and irritates our eyes. The touch control is not easy to use and frustrating (knob was much easier and quicker). A manual was not provided with the oven and when we contacted the dealer about being very unhappy within a few days after Brown Appliance installation we were told there was nothing they could do and it could not be returned. We are not likely to buy Bosch in the future if this is how your long time custumers are treated.

I like the double oven and it cooks/bakes and broils well. My only complaint is that I'd rather have a touch screen with a key pad to enter temperature and time settings rather than +/- buttons

The timer on this oven does not switch off the oven! There is no capability to set cook time. It is hard to believe that a Bosch oven in this price range doesn't offer this option. Switching to the 800 model cost us $1,700 - with the price difference, re-instal and restocking fee for the return.
Monumentally disappointed in Bosch. Even toaster ovens costing < $100 allow setting cook time.

I can not control the temperature of the oven. I set it at 425 to get it to warm up to 350. Within the 10 minutes to bake a sheet of cookies, the temperature can change up to 100 degrees either way. It is getting worse. Within 3 months of purchase, the service person replaces to electronic boards. Nothing changed but as time continued (and warranty ended) the heat swings got worse. I will be replacing my 2.5 year old ovens. I feel scammed.

We needed a new double oven quickly as the old one failed just before Thanksgiving, and December is a heavy baking month. Once installed it was put right to work. The unit was easy to use and performed well. As of today, January 2, 2026 it has given us what we needed and proved it was the best choice given other possible competitors. Looking forward to a long period of use.

I recently purchased a Bosch Double Wall Oven (upper convection, lower conventional) to replace my old Bosch Double Wall Oven. Prior to that, I owned a Bosch Dual FUel range with electric convection oven. I am a frequent cook and baker and have had good experiences with all of these products. My only criticism is that the new ovens have a rather loud fan, much louder than the previous ovens. I highly recomment the products.

Purchased in late February 2024; not operable November 2025. It looks great and worked well when functioning. The reliability of the control panel Is a joke. E011 randomly appears, the oven lights cycle on and off. I turned off the breaker and waited an hour. No change. Waiting for it to be repaired under warranty. Of course I'm waiting for the replacement parts. This is unacceptable!

Bosch's base model has all the features I need in an elegant design. We had a bunch of oven thermometers from our last oven to test different areas . They all confirmed the set temp as correct at 300, 350, 400 and 450! Quiet operation on convection compared to our prior oven. All backed by a no-nonsense customer centric warranty program. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

This is our first double oven so we don't have much to compare to. Only used a few weeks but was easy to install and has worked well thus far. Only caveat seems to be the fan is quite loud and has a bit of a squeak which is tough with our open floor plan. Fan also stays on in all settings, not just convection, and stays on even after the unit is off until it cools all the way down.

Have used the oven approximately 3 to 4 times panel is now showing an error on an oven. I didn't even get to use repair man came put in a new panel and now that one is flashing with an error and it went out totally now we are waiting for a third panel Not very happy with this purchase

After 61 years, I had to replace my Flair oven/stove combination. While I was sad to lose that amazing applicance, I am thrilled to have found my new Bosch amazing appliances - double oven and range top! I was so excited to get double Bosch Ovens only to find out I can only bake one sheet of cookies in each oven at a time. The temperature varies so dramatically, it is too inconsistent to bake another sheet in either oven. Help

Love our new oven. It looks like a professional oven and cooks well with ease and great options for a home cook. The convection options and ability to crisp is so great to have in your oven and was a very welcomed feature for us. It alleviates the need to purchase a separate and expensive small appliance that would also take up counter space. We love our new oven!

Had to buy this due to needing a oven that fit and matched. This oven is awful already had an issue with the new one the fan stayed on after turning off the oven. Our old one failed after 6 years all the doors locked when the oven was off. Thought it was in clean mode. The call center was useless had a guy come out to tell me we have to brake the door to open it. Finally got a hold of the actual tech support was able to get it open though a special code reset. Then was told it had a rebate and that was a nightmare hopefully that helps with the fact had to spend 4K for a new oven after 6 years.
