Not happy with this range. The main complaint is that the cook top is completely flat-there is no "lip". Should I spill something on the stove, it will be all over the stove and the counter. Additionally, there has been a smell from the oven (like a burning plastic) after several usages (and many people checked to see if there wasn't a hidden film somewhere that was burning and there was not). I'm unhappy and hardly use this as a result. I may end up giving it away.

Good oven but unreliable inconsistent broiler.

Broiler and stove top burners cycle on and off to maintain certain temperature levels. It has been very frustrating when the burners cycle off during cooking, especially when broiling. Broiling is not even. I would not recommend this product to anyone that relies on on an even cook reliable broiler, or long consistent cook times on stove top. Otherwise the oven has been consistently reliable. Self cleaning works well.

I bought this range the end of February 2026 and it was delivered on April 2 2026. I spite of my eager attitude about this product and your reputation. I have been able to use the oven successfully for 20 days.. Repairs have been attempted 5 times the latest being Tuesday May 12th 2026. The attempt to bake was yesterday May 14th. I am exasperated, angry and tired of wasting expensive products and valuable time trying to use it. I want it replaced!!!!!. Also it would be nice to talk to someone who acts like they care.

I™€™ve been cooking since I was 7, and in some respects, I feel as though I™€™m having to learn to cook all over again. It takes so much time for the units to heat that I have to check to make certain the chosen unit is working. The oven works fine, but I guess I had greater expectations since this is a new appliance. I™€™m adjusting. In addition, the drawer under my stove is too short to hold the pans that I stored in my drawer under the oven of my previous stove. I also did not appreciate the customer service representative who tried to hard sell me an extended warranty when I called to register for the standard warranty included with purchase of this range. At that point, I felt as though Whirlpool was trying to take advantage of me.

I am enjoying the features with the air fry and air bake. When I press these controls the oven is so quiet which is wonderful! My old oven had a loud noise when it would turn on so that is such a nice feature! The smooth top is very easy to clean and I am enjoying the warmer feature for a pot you just want to keep warm.

Cook top elements are great! I like the Convection Modes & No Preheat Frozen options. We are disappointed with oven timer when finished baking, etc, Timer has a very light, soft ring. Unable to hear. I have to use my kitchen timer. I like to smooth top a lot. I had the coil burners. NO electric range instructions. I went on the website to print a set. Otherwise, I like my range. Our old range was 28 years old. A lot has improved since then. Thanks!

this range arrived a couple weeks ago and is supposed to be picked back up today to be returned. the range was delivered with several dents in t he storage drawer exterior corners. i didnt want to install and use it as i want a NEW range so ,i dont have any comments on how well it performs. i still have to wait at least another 10 days to get a replacement delivered.this is turning into a 5 week process just to get a new range.

Poor start up instructions

Only had unit a couple of weeks. Tried to use oven and smoke poured from it. major surprise. I had to use Google to find out if this was normal or there was something wrong with unit. I checked manual with no mention of burn off period on unit. I called customer service and was on hold for over an hour, left call back number, and 4 hrs later they called me. Person who called could not answer anything and transferred call and was never contacted. Tried chat option and it was "down".

So far so good. I like the look of the stove, appreciate the spacious cook top and have enjoyed the convection baking feature. Though there were no instructions, it was fairly easy to figure out basic operation. One improvement would be to include an air fry basket and instructions for that feature.

I'm not very impressed with this stove at all. It takes to long to preheat . It didn't come with a owners manual, the spills on the bottom of the oven are really hard to clean as well as the glass. When we first turned on the oven the smoke and smell was terrible!

This is second whirlpool stove and 1st one still works perfectly, our daughter needed another so we up dated to this one. It has all the latest stuff, including air frying. So far my wife and myself love it. It came well packed and was perfect when opened, easy to install, but reading the book we have a lot to learn to take advantage of the many features it offers! The price is worth it!

The first delivery had a bent drawer. The second one has a problem because the broiler won™€™t heat up. Where is your quality control? The glass top can™€™t be made to look clean because discoloration occurred the first time I used it. The knobs are hard to turn and don™€™t seem to be calibrated right. To heat medium I have to turn between medium and high. Not pleased.

I bought this stove/oven the 1st part of November. It was delivered the 1st part of December. I am really enjoying it. It is so pretty for one thing and looks nice in my kitchen. I am excited about all the features. I can™€™t wait to use the air fryer. I need to go buy the basket. I haven™€™t had a chance to see how it works yet. I know my grandchildren will like it, too. I was excited to get this stove. However, when we first used it, it filled our house with smoke!! There was nothing in the manuals about a ™€œburn off™€ of the oils. We thought it was broken until we got onto the internet. Also, I do not like the plastic strip in front or the burners. I got a pan out of the oven, and set it on the stove and that strip had scratches from the second use! The stove hasn™€™t smoked after the first use, but that needs to be a warning to the customer. I would not purchase this one again.

My sweet bread would get overcooked around the outside and stayed like batter in the middle. It is awesome to cook them evenly. My brother wants to get one like this. I am excited about the air fry. I thought the basket would dcome with it; however, it didn™€™t, so I will need to buy one.

They gave my stove to someone else grr

They gave My stove to some one else. When I came to pick it up,it was gone. I was told to make sure I keep my orange paper to prove I bought it, and I did, and I showed it to them, and they said a man came in and picked it up.Long story short, The store wouldnt go pick up my stove and bring it back to me. So I had to pay some one to go get it for me. It was the stores mistake they should of went and pick up my stove..So I wont be buying from here any more.

Whirlpool refrigerator with ice maker was not working. I bought a 3 year service contract which is still valid. So far a service man has been out to my house 2 times and the ice maker is not working properly. He said it needed one new part. No new part has arrived and the service man is not answering my phone calls. I need to hear from somebody and get this fixed. I am not with this service

bought 1 mo ago, salesman not familiar with range, no floor model in store. Do not know how to use oven features such as air fryer. Also controls confusing, no on-off buttons for oven, has start and end instead of ON and OFF.

This unit was purchased just over a year ago. Already had to replace one of the burner control switches, lost one segment of the led clock, and cannot hear the timer alarm unless standing right next to stove. There was a time when Whirlpool was a reliable brand. Over the years we've purchased Whirlpool appliances and were totally satisfied with the service we got. Sad to say, this will be our last Whirlpool purchase

I like the stove overall. I should have studied the top burner layout a bit better. Very confusing. Be prepared for a strong burning wax odor the first few times you use the oven.

Sleek, elegant and sturdy

This oven range was delivered 2 weeks ago. It is sleek and elegant in as much as a stove can be. It was a bit complicated to use at first because it did not come with any owner™€™s instruction manual and it took me the better part of an hour to find the manual on line. It is not ™€œtop of the line™€ equipment but it seems to be very sturdy and it serves my needs. I would recommend it.

New range is great.

Purchased about a month and a half ago but took delivery a week ago. The range works fine but we have only used the oven once in that week. The first oven use released a lot of smoke and order which was not unexpected. We have heated the oven a few more times and the smoking has stopped but some order remains. We expect that will clear over time. The black glass range top looks like it will take work to keep clean as it shows streaks and dirt that were not as visible with our old white glass range top. Still getting used to the new range with only a week of use but overall, we are very happy with the purchase.

Good Stove with a few quirks

I bought this stove a month ago for my second home. It works well enough but has a few quirky things. This is our first experience with a glass top stove. The glass top looks modern but I am concerned about dropping something from the microwave above and damaging the cook top. Also the cook top glass runs all the way to each side and I worry about the inevitable boil over that will run down each side to the mystery space between the stove and the cabinets on each side. It also takes some getting used to pots and pans sliding all around on the smooth glass surface. The controls are a little quirky. For some features you have to press the Start button while others you don't. And similarly with the Cancel button. The sounds are very low in volume and are not adjustable. It has been easy to miss the Timer sound. Finally, like every stove we looked at, the bottom drawer is so flimsy you might think it was a middle school metal shop project.
