Stay away GE. If I could I would gave it a zero. We bought this brand new. It's only around two and half years old. They have already replaced the same part more than once with the wifi. It's broke again. They refused to fix it. We would have to pay for it. Even though this been an issue since we had it.

WiFi connect broke immediately.

Pretty solid oven apart from some controls quirks. Built in temp probe is super handy. A more detailed controls narrative would be helpful to understand the difference between bake and roast settings for example. I like the oven, but I™€™m writing today to draw attention to some flaws that come with the bells and whistles. Yesterday I decided to test out the WiFi connection 2 years after starting to use the oven. I thought it would be handy to preheat the oven after buying a take and bake pizza. It didn™€™t go well. It took a really long time for the system to connect to my wifi and the cloud. Not because I™€™m tech-inept, but the application took a solid 5-10 minutes of loading/connecting which caused me to stop and restart the process several times because I wasn™€™t sure it was working. Once it did connect. The features didn™€™t work right away. I had to push the remote enable button on the oven. That still didn™€™t fix it. So I decided to start the process all over again. Unfortunately when I removed the appliance from the application, power cycled everything, called customer service, and lost my mind, I was stuck with an error that could not be fixed. I have to replace the entire MC Board of the oven. Additionally, the oven is no longer under warranty. Lesson learned. Test all features immediately, and don™€™t buy things that are overly complex. Still happy with the oven overall.

I would rate this product 2 stars of 5, but I do believe the only way to describe it is "Poor." The temperature fluctates from use to use. Sometimes it's 15-25 degrees hotter than the set temp, and sometimes it's 10-15 degrees colder than it. I can't run both the top and bottom ovens at the same time without the system shutting down and giving me an error about issues with heat venting. The glass and walls are also significantly harder to clean than other ovens I've owned (it's much harder to scrub off dirt and grime). And, the remote connectivity is spotty and needs to be reset every 3-6 months or so. All in all, issues are to be expected with any appliance, but this one constantly has two or three issues. Over two years of use (and seeing these issues emerge as soon as 4-5 months of use), I would not recommend.

Unhealthy oven flaky scratchy paint on food.

This oven racks won't slide without scratching and ruining the inside walls of oven. I have owned many ovens in the past and this one is all scratched up due to the racks. I don't feel safe cooking with it any more because there is paint flakes everywhere inside. Doesn't seem healthy to use.

This wall unit was hard to get into excisting opening. It was replaceing a older GE wall unit. Even tho the opening size was the same, the box with electrail hook up changed locations. had to modifiy the back where our electric came in to the whole to fit. Love the look and the features.

Shattered oven door glass!!!

First Use

Only had the oven for 1 day so too early to give a fair review. Ovens are beautiful. First item cooked was a special brownie recipe that I use to judge oven cooking. I used the convection setting and set temp to 350. I also hung a thermometer inside to double check. Convection cooking time has been 20 minutes in other ovens. The temperature of the oven and the thermometer did not match when oven said it had preheated to 350, thermometer said 325. At 20 minutes the brownies were very undercooked. I turned the oven to 360. Cooked an additional 15 minutes until toothpick came out clean. I did open the oven every 5 minutes to test doneness and know I lost heat every time. The brownies were perfect. No crusty edges and a perfectly cooked texture. I may try using the Bake setting instead of Convection next time. I'm looking forward to successful baking for years ahead.

We've had the oven for a couple of months now and really love the way it looks and its features. Being able to control the oven through Alexa makes my kids feel like they are in the Carousel of Progress. It cooks evenly and consistently. Takes a bit longer to preheat than I expected, but still a great appliance.
